Admission Procedure
- An application Form is valid only for ONE Combination. Students applying for different streams can do so by buying different Application Form.
- French as an optional Language is awaited for PU Board approval. Students can select the available optional language from the Part – 1.
- Names of the selected candidates will be announced on the notice board of the College on the informed dates. These dates as per PU Board Guidelines.
- First List – 4th working day after the announcement of SSLC Result
- Second List – 4th working day after the display of the First List
- Third List – 3rd working day after the display of the First List
- Admission is Provisional, subject to approval by Pre University Board, Karnataka.
- Payment of prescribed admission should be made on or before the notified date in the college, failing which the admission shall stand forfeited. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- All proceedings shall be under the jurisdiction of Karnataka.
Subject Selection
- The course consists of two parts: Part I- Languages and Part II- Core subjects
- Languages offered under Part I in the college are English as compulsory subject common to all and other optional Languages- French, Kannada and Hindi (select any one).
- Combinations for Part II- Core subjects:
- Science Combinations: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology(PCMB)
- Commerce Combinations: Computer, Economics, Business Studies and Accountancy (CEBA).
- Humanities Combinations: History, Economics, Psychology and Sociology (HEPyS)
SSLC Students
- A Photocopy of statement of marks attested by the principal/ HM has to be enclosed with the Application Form at the time of submission.
- All Reservation Category candidates have to submit Caste certificate and Income certificate duly signed by the Tahsildar.
- Candidates must produce their Original Marks Card, Transfer Certificate and 6 passport size photographs with a light back ground at the time of Admission.
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book copy
ICSE/CBSE/NIOS Students
- A Photocopy of Statement of Marks attested by the Principal/ HM has to be enclosed with the Application Form at the time of submission.
- Candidates must produce their Original marks card, Transfer Certificate and 6 passport size photographs with a light background at the time of Admission.
- Candidates from other Boards( like ICSE, CBSE, NIOS etc.) from any other state( outside Karnataka) should enclose a copy of Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by DDPUE Office and Migration Certificate along with the Application Form.
- Candidates from other boards( like ICSE, CBSE,NIOS etc.) from Karnataka state should enclose a copy of Migration Certificate along with the application form. Eligibility certificate is not required at the time of Admission. It is applied for later.
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book copy
NRI/ IGCSE/CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL Students
- Candidates from outside the country ( NRI / Foreign Nationals) IGCSE / Cambridge International must produce Eligibility certificate issued by the Department of Pre-University Education along with Migration Certificate.
- **Original Marks Card is Mandatory at the time of Admission. Provisional Marks Card is not valid.
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book copy
