Our Chairman

John Peter Kirubagaran, Chairman

Mr. J.P Kirubagaran is the visionary Founder and Chairman of United International Group of Institutions, which include United International School, United Composite Pre-University College, and United International Business School. With over three decades of passionate service in the field of education, his mission has been to make high-quality, value-based learning accessible to all, especially to students from underserved communities. Under his leadership, United International Group of Institutions have become centers of academic excellence, character formation, and holistic development. He is also the President of Samkyuktha Rashtriya Seva (SRS), through which he extends his commitment to education, empowerment, and social upliftment. His efforts have earned national recognition, including the Governor’s Award. A firm believer in the transformative power of education, Mr. Kirubagaran continues to inspire a generation of learners and educators across India.

Our Principal

Shinu S Devan isn't just a Chemistry expert; she's a dynamic force in education, a mentor who ignites a passion for learning. Holding a Master's in Chemistry from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Education, her journey as an educator began in 2007. She honed her skills at prestigious institutions like St. Charles PU College and Mount Carmel PU College (2009-2015), leaving a lasting impact on countless students. Her brief stints at Venkat International School(CBSE) and PU College further broadened her pedagogical experience.

Mrs. Devan's commitment to excellence hasn't gone unnoticed. She was honored with the "Excellence Award" in 2023, a testament to her outstanding leadership and consistent high performance in education. This was followed by the "Teacher's Trove Award" in 2024, recognizing her deep dedication to teaching and her role in cultivating the next generation of leaders. These accolades underscore her profound influence and unwavering commitment to her profession.

But Shinu S Devan is more than just an exceptional teacher. She's a vibrant individual with a rich tapestry of talents. Her lifelong passion for the arts finds expression in her accomplished Bharatanatyam dance, a skill she has nurtured since the age of ten, representing her school and college. As the teacher-in-charge of the Indian Dance Association at MCC, she seamlessly blends her artistic passion with her educational role, fostering creativity and cultural appreciation among students.

Today, Mrs. Devan brings her visionary leadership to United Composite PU College. Here, she champions a student-centric approach, focusing on a transformative educational journey that respects core values while embracing a global perspective. At United Composite PU College, under her guidance, the focus is not just on academic achievement, but on nurturing well-rounded individuals and fulfilling the aspirations that every parent holds for their child's education.
