General rules and regulations

All the participants will have access to the Live Concert free of charge. (Strictly for participants only)
Junior category - 11th/12th or PUC. Senior Category - Any Degree Course . Common - Mix of Jr. and Sr. Category
All correspondence is to be done with the registration heads.
No entry will be given without the respective college IDs ,all participants should carry their college ID cards.
Registration can be done only online .
Participants should follow a strict code of conduct and maintain discipline on campus.
Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages and carrying sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct or for not adhering to the rules.
The decision of the judges is final, and all participants are required to abide by it.
Obscenity and vulgarity of any kind will lead to disqualification.
Dangerous props are not allowed.
The organizer reserves the right to re-schedule, modify the prize money & cancel any event(s) due to technical reasons or lack of participants.
Teams are required to bring good quality music in MP3 format on a PENDRIVE, and a backup copy should be submitted two days before the event to the respective coordinator.
LED Screen will be provided on the main stage ,if required participants should provide graphics/visuals for their performance, 2 days prior to the event.
The bulk registration amount is Rs.4000 /-( Any 3 stage events out of 4 events and Any 7 events out of the remaining 10 events).
Participants should go through the event rules and adhere to the specifics.
All the events will commence at the scheduled time; Punctuality will be appreciated.
Criteria for Overall championship include participation in maximum number of events as well as the total scores obtained in the competitions.
Students should refrain from abusive language, obscene display and revealing costumes during the competitions, failing which they will be disqualified.
Food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the fest premises, as food stalls and refreshments are available within the campus.
The organizers are not responsible for the loss or damage of belongings.
